Curico service centre
Operator training
A 2 day training seminar will be held at our new Curico facility will be held on the 23rd and 24th October. An invitation will be sent closer to the date. To assist with training we will have our AirJet® Sample sizer on site to enable live interaction with an operating machine.
24/7 support
GP Graders will be offering 24/7 support throughout this years’ cherry season out of our new Curico facility. All AirJet® sizers will be connected and remotely monitored throughout the season by our service technicians. If any issue cannot be resolved on-line a mechanical or software technician will be dispatched within 15 minutes to fix the problem.
Spare parts
A full stock of spare parts will be housed in our warehouse in Curico available at immediate notice. Our new GP Graders service vehicles will also be stocked with spare parts.
This is an exciting year for GP Graders following our rapid growth globally. Servicing and supporting our Chilean customers directly will allow us to provide vastly superior service in 2014 and beyond.
