Sheet metal worker by trade but I’ve done LOT’s of different things during my time at GP Graders.
How long have you been working with GP Graders?
35 years, give or take a few months.
What has been your favourite project at GP Graders?
The big projects are always impressive, when it takes up the whole factory and shows the whole process, end-to-end.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Welding, machine assembly, fabrication, repairs and problem-solving.
What would people never guess you do in your role?
I fix a lot of broken things. Hand tool repairs, gearboxes, mechanical componentry on our machines.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
I just like it when we’re busy and organised and productive days are had.

Quiet, detail-orientated and hard-working.
If you were stuck on an island, what three things would you bring?
Food, other people and a boat.
